Ensemble 2150 is a Norwegian music collective founded by Bert Nummelin and Lars Roald Johansen, dedicated to the music and legacy of Rush.
Rather than being a fixed band, Ensemble 2150 brings together the musicians and creators best suited to each production. Every performance is shaped by collaboration, craftsmanship and a shared respect for the music itself.
We don’t recreate Rush merely to imitate them. We seek to understand the musical vision, artistry and spirit that made their work timeless. Modern tools are used in the service of an authentic musical expression — never as a substitute for it.
We don’t simply perform the songs. We strive to honour them — and, if we are fortunate, allow them to resonate once again.
